This is a Ramato-style wine made from skin-contact Pinot Gris (hence the name). We used a special barrel selection of our Pinot Gris lots used for Skins. It's a blend of three vineyards from three distinct areas of the Central Coast: Paso Robles, Santa Barbara Highland and the Edna Valley.
Tasting notes of FREEZE DRIED STRAWBEERRY, FRESH APRICOT, HINT OF THYME. Pairs with porchetta sandwiches, charcuterie boards and Catalina Island roof top decks. Skin-Fermented for 60 days.
