Flavor Profile: Magnolia blossom, fresh melon rind, Valencia orange peel, quince marmalade and tropical feijoa. Despite its three weeks on skins, it’s lifted and vibrant rather than oxidative, with a plush, silky palate that feels both luxurious and refreshing. It’s floral, exotic and joyful - a little escape from winter that pairs beautifully with spicy dishes, rich cheeses, or simply a moment of daydreaming.
