After delicately draining the juice from Sangiovese, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Muscat grapes, the winemaker steeped the pomace with water for two days' extra yumminess. To add a hint of fermented flavor, they finished the blend off with a splash of partially-fermented juice and sealed it up under a crown cap.
