Grown in volcanic soils and only 1,300 bottles made! Golden yellow in colour. On the nose there are scents of yellow flowers, candied citrus fruits, vanilla but also syruped apricots. On the palate there is a good persistence with an aromatic and elegant finish and an almond and caramel aftertaste. You can taste the minerality because of the volcanic soils. Delicious!
