Winemakers Jean-Pascal Sarnin and Jean-Marie Berrux, like all of us, are fans of great food and authentic, natural wine. Sitting around a table at a familiar, epicurean feast, they decided to start making some of the wines they love for themselves. Today they buy grapes and produce wines from all over Burgundy, always with an eye towards sustainability and quality.
Grapes are from Regnie, granite soil and 50 year-old vines. Vinification method is Beaujolais Nouveau + Quick Carbonic Maceration.
